ich möchte hier nur die Erweiterungen von majesticeternity posten da ich die sehr cool finde :P wer ihn kennt weiß bescheid :) :

Increased AI Staff and Manager attributes, better squad building, player management, rotation, etc.

Ability Hierarchy Increase:
All staff/managers changed still have a hierarchy or ability ranges. Not everyone has 200 CA/PA. Top managers will still be top managers.
 Average managers will still be worse than top managers.
For example, a manager with original 150 PA, may now have 160-170 PA.

Attributes increased: CA, PA, Tactical Knowledge, Hardness of Training, Judging PA, Judging PP, Man Management, Motivating, ALL Coaching(except GK), Working with Youngsters

 Good/Average managers are not terrible anymore:
Limits were set to ensure that good/average managers do not have terrible stats. But they still can have ranges, and individual attributes, and characteristics.
Limits set as Determination not <10, Discipline not <10, Versatility not <12, Will use Subs not <14, Uses youth in low priority cups not <12 for higher leagues and not MORE than 5 for lower league.
Will make early tactical changes not <12, Will fit players into preferred tactic not <11, Physio is set to 1 (for non-physios).
Squad Rotation not <12, Motivation not <8, Determination not <7, Level of Discipline not <7, Tactical Knowledge not <7.
Judging Player & Team Data are set to 1 (to prevent allocation of Current Ability on unused attributes, for non-analyst staff).
Goalkeeping coaching set to 1 for NON-GK coaches & Physio is set to 1 for non-physios.

More Formation Variety
Increased variation in formations for <180PA managers, to remove the dependency on using primarily 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, and 4-1-4-1.
This will mean that you will have to watch, adjust, and analyse your matches, as you face different formations and setups.

Other changes:
Added missing ethnicity, hair, skin info for 160 CA+ managers
Added preference to be Assistant Manager to 10 For 80-120 CA managers with 14+ tactical knowledge
Added preference to be HOYD to 10 For 80-120 CA managers with 15+ working with youngsters
Reduced ambition slightly (relative to CA/PA), this will help with better managers getting jobs instead of going without for many months/years

Real-life annual weather data from weatherspark.com and climatestotravel.com was used to optimize current weather patterns, and create new ones.

This file will do 2 things:

1. Help give the feeling of being in different countries. No longer does every region have a similar type of weather. For example, the Brazilian Amazon's Spring is now only 20% likely to be dry, instead of the original 60%(be prepared for delayed games!). It feels much more "tropical". The Spanish coast highly contrasts it, being most often very calm, dry, and mild. Originally, France used England's weather, and was 75% chance to be calm wind. Now, a match in France is 80% likely to be anywhere from breezy to extremely windy. Mexico will now either by dry or stormy. Swedish coast in the spring is no longer mostly 7-13 C, but can be anywhere from -7 to 21 C.

2. It will also, in some regions, increase whatever effect weather already has. Russian Siberia's winter is now TRULY cold, so if cold has ANY effect in the ME, it will be more apparent. Originally, winter in the Siberian region was mostly 0 to -7. It now is mostly -16 and below. On the other side, Mexican desert originally only reached 34 C at times. Now it can go above 43 C.

Can you battle the down-pour from Kyushu, Japan's typhoon season, the below -20 temps in Russia, the sweltering heat of Mexico, or the hot summers and monsoons in Senegal? Or do you prefer the mild, sunny Mediterranean side of Spain?

Brazil (optimized 13 original Made more tropical, with much more rain(while trying to prevent waterlogged fields every day), added warmer temps with colder sections, and better wind)

Holland (No original patterns, added 2 specific to Holland, Coast and Inland. Added wind, less rain, better temps)
USA (optimized 29 original, fixed inaccurate weather/assignments)
Belgium (No original patterns, added 2 specific to Belgium, Coast and Inland)
Mexico (optimized to a wider range of temps, added Baja and Baja Desert, and more extreme heat in hottest areas)
England (optimized 3 original, added English South West)
Scotland (optimized 1 original, added Scottish Highlands)
Russia (added COLD extremes for Siberia)
China (some changes)
Sweden (optimized basic temps)
Iceland (No original patterns, added 4 specific to Iceland, Northeast, Northwest, Southern, and Capital Region. Overall colder, rainier, and less windy than Norway)
Argentina (fixed 3 original climates, added 1 climate, fixed season start dates, warmer winters, extreme rain changes, more wind)
Croatia (no changes)
Japan (added "typhoons", added wind)
Switzerland (added more rain)
Turkey (fixed temperatures, added seasonal rain)
Senegal (0 original - used southern america weather, added 2 unique climates, added "monsoons", massive rainfall for Southern in mid-year, hotter & longer summers, more northern wind)

No changes needed: Ireland, Wales, N. Ireland, Norway

Adds 4,240+ real media, 1,000 real journalists, 80 bookmakers, along with their styles and personalities

 This is the largest and most realistic media pack for FM ever!

I started by combining and converting all the media files I could find, from FM17 through FM20.
 
From this start, I did many, many changes:

150 More Journalists & Their Personalities
Added journalists and personalities for about 80% of all 1,000
Personalities based on employer
                     (Example: Someone from a less reputable outlet may be dishonest or ill-tempered, but someone from a very good outlet may be honest or factual)
20% Personalities based on real life written articles
                     (Example: A journalist may work for a gossip outlet, but their articles may be more tactical or more thorough and honest than the rest of their coworkers.
Or, one journalist may be very detailed and long-winded, while another may simply ask one question, and write a short article of a few sentences.)
Employees added based on outlet size
                     (Example: Bigger media outlets may have several journalists, while smaller may have only one)
20% Have Favored Clubs
                     (These are based on their favorite clubs or clubs they regularly report on/are inside sources for)

500 More Media & Their Styles:
    Added top-club dedicated websites with their real life journalists & individual personalities
    Added local media outlets & their real life journalists & individual personalities for:
      USA, Czech Republic, Belgium, Austria, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, France, and a few minor here and there(Turkey, Guatemala, Peru, etc)
    Different mediums of media outlets have differing coverage and frequency
                     (Example: A Magazine may be monthly, A newspaper daily or bi-weekly, their online counterparts daily)

Realistic Scope Settings:
Media will cover areas they cover in real life.
                     (Examples: Other media packs may have had an EPL-only media covering all of Europe. They now only cover EPL.)
             (Or a Norwegian media may cover Norway, along with EPL, and La Liga. They cover those competitions in FM also.)

Bookmakers:
80 Local bookmakers for:
             USA, Ukraine, Turkey, England, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Russia, Portugal, Poland, Norway, Greece,
        Germany, France, Denmark, Czech, Croatia, China, Colombia, Brazil, Bosnia, & Argentina

Housekeeping/Corrections/Fixes:
 Removed duplicated media
 Removed some irrelevent old FM changes
 Removed duplicated club/type/nation settings
 Removed incorrect club/type/nation settings
 Added missing club/type/nation settings
 Fixed errors & typos
 Fixed some female journalists not being labeled female

160 New Awards, Reworked entire reputation system

Can you be the best manager in the world, and earn all 4 new global awards?

 Added 60 New Awards (30 Global, 10 Continental, 14 English, 5 Spanish, 2 Portuguese, 3 Italian, 1 Argentina)
Added 100 Awards based on nabil_dx95's FM18 Global Awards (80 International Competition, 20 Continental)
Realistic color schemes for some
4 New Worldwide Managerial awards (Best National Coach, Best Club Coach, Best Global Coach, Best Coach Career)
Made awards actually increase reputation and fixed empty reputations - almost half had empty home/world reputations (even Serie A Player of the Year, La Liga Manager of the Year). Austrian Ambassador was 10/100/150, but Croatian POTY was 0 0 0)
Created a hierarchy, so that the most valuable are Global awards, then World Cup, then International, then Continental, then Continental Competitions, then popular leagues, etc.
Made continental/national awards more important to their area than the world (Example: European Best Goalkeeper matters more to Europe than South America or elsewhere. Spain Playmaker OTY matters more to Spain than elsewhere)
Made National Senior & Youth achievements valuable, compared to a league
Made youth achievements valuable
Made managerial achievements more valuable
Made GK awards valuable
Made yearly achievements much more valuable than monthly
Removed English and German reputation bias
Reduced overpowered English Premier POFM, TOTW, increased TOTY
Made English Championship awards valuable
Reduced overpowered English Premier Manager TOTM, increased TOTY
Reduced overpowered World Reputation of small nations (Example: Lithuanian POTY World Rep from 85 > 10)
Added Winner Home reputation for Managers to every nation

 *IMPORTANT NOTE*: The Global Manager Awards required a nation, so you must load England!   Awards are loaded by nation. So if you want Italian Awards, you must load Italy.

Play the Derbi de la Turia (Levante vs Valencia) in Spain, the Derby de l'Atlantique(Nantes vs. Girondins de Bordeaux) in France, 1 of the 3 Glasgow derbies in Scotland, or the Flyde Coast(Blackpool vs. Fleetwood Town) in England. Make sure your players know what's at stake. The Fans do.

Reworked most reputations, including making the top 10-20 most well known derbies in real life become the top 10-20 in game.
Made fans care more about their own league's rivalries : ex: El Trafico(LA vs LA Galaxy) was 140 National Reputation, now 200. Bayern vs Hamburger was 135, now 170
Fixed empty world reputations
Fixed missing derby names
Removed duplicates
Updated to FM21

Here is a balls pack set for specific competitions. We can now use a ball for each competition, so there can be many different types used.

How to Help Test:

This year is a new setup. I've added some balls for competitions which means they need tested in game.

1. Put in Documents/Sports Interactive/FM21/graphics/pictures/balls folder.

2. Restart FM21, clear cache, reload skin.

3. Play games in competitions where the balls have been added or corrected, and see if they work, and if they look right.

4. Go to Discord. Join a Server, use "cB7Fcg96" and give your feedback! That is a place for testing several FM21 mods, so you can also get other BETAs to test!
  Mods such as: Smarter AI Staff & Managers, Realistic Youth Rating, Realistic Injuries, Language Overhaul, Realistic Transfer Preferences, Better Manager Tactics, Media Overhaul, and Youth Tournaments.

Reagieren die Manager der KI Vereine in taktischer Hinsicht während der Matches wirklich intelligenter?

Das Ding hier finde ich ja megaspannend

Auch wenn ich jetzt nicht alles verstanden habe, aber geht das nicht noch mehr ins Micromanagement, wenn man jetzt auch noch z.B. verschiedene Dialekte berücksichtigen muss?!

Ich hab mal damit gespielt, fand es aber genau wie Magic1111 sagt zu krass. Da kannste dann einen Intensivsprachkurs auf Bayrisch machen, oder plattdeutsch etc. Mich hat das ziemlich gestört.

In manchen Ländern mag das mit den Dialekten Sinn machen... Aber bei den Sprachkursen hörte es für mich dann auf. Ich mache mal eben nen Sprachkurs auf sächsisch... Fand ich zwar amüsant, aber steigerte letztlich nicht den Spielspaß.
