hey, mal ne frage ich trainiere zurzeit anschi in russland..egal was ich sage vor dem spiel es erscheint so oft bei den spielern "schien abzuschalten"...was kann ich dagegen tun? |

Bist noch neu da? Lasse die Ansprachen besser vom Co-Trainer abhalten; wenn dann bei einem "schien abzuschalten" trotz guter leistung, dann klick nochmal drauf und Lobe Ihn persöhnlich. Kann sein, das der Spieler weg will? Oder irgendwie unzufirden ist? Probier mal das er einen Spieler anleitet über Interaktion; meist steht dann da, das er seine differenzen Ausräumen sollte mit dem Spieler/Talent. Hab das schon öfters gemerkt, alsi in Freiburg, das Spieler wohl mit anderen unzufrieden sind, durch die Spieler-Interaktion wie das Tutoren man auch die Antwort bekommt das er seine Probleme dabei lösen kann mit dme Talent. Hab ja ein Thread aufgemacht wegen den Ansprachen. Aber meines gilt dem 12er. Welchen FM spielst du? Auch den 12er? gruss sulle007 |
