We are now clear that SI wont do anything about problem of match screen, where we have "double" team logos and no team kits.. And that is a shame because kitmaker's great work is going bust because of them.. So I found alternative solution to get kits on match screen.
I have replaced normal logos with kits and background logos with normal logos, and its working fine. Kits appear on the match screen, in match preview and on players profile, everything else standard logos appear, just as without this skin. The only bug is that only home kits are displayed, but I can't make it perfect, unfortanatly. :)
To set up everything like on my game, you have to follow these steps carefully:
1) Download the skin from the link above and extract it to My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manger 2009/skins
2) The only logos these work with are FMG Logos (http://www.fmglive.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6862), so download them if you haven't already.
3) Now it gets a bit tricky. Delete config files from:
- graphics\logos\Clubs\background\left
- graphics\logos\Clubs\background\right
- graphics\logos\Competition\background\left
- graphics\logos\Competition\background\right
- graphics\logos\Continents & Nations\Nations\background\left
- graphics\logos\Continents & Nations\Nations\background\right
4) Delete "Default" folder from graphics\logos
5) Download new Default folder from here (http://files.filefront.com/Defaultrar/;13109916;/fileinfo.html) and extract it to graphics\logos
6) Duplicate normal folders in graphics\logos\Clubs; graphics\logos\Competition and graphics\logos\Continents & Nations\Nations
7) Download config from link below and put it in graphics\logos\Clubs\Copy of normal (the folder you got from previous step)

13) Now we need to add kits in place of logos. Download kits you want and put it in graphics\logos\Clubs\kits (create kits folder). Now delete all away and third kits from the folder which contains kits you've downloaded. Now rename all the kits to their unique id's and create "standard logo config" for them using fmXml (http://files.filefront.com/FM+Graphics+Configuratorexe/;13109157;/fileinfo.html).
