das German Regionalliga Trikotfile funktioniert nicht richtig.

Irgendwie hat die komplette Regionalliga West keine Trikots außerdem der SV Waldhof Mannheim aus der Süd-West Staffel sowie St. Pauli 2 und der Goslarer SC aus der Nordstaffel.

I am thinking of downloading the 3D-kits from Sortitoutsi. Are your files compatible with Sortitoutsi's or do you know about any difficulties using your an his files concurrent?

you can use both...no problem between 2D and 3D kits

Sorry, I've got the same probleme. Meanwhile I tried to install the kits in two different ways. None of those file pathes did work:

D:\Eigene Dateien\FM 2016\graphics\kits\clubs\germany
D:\Eigene Dateien\FM 2016\graphics\kits

I tried the file folder Germany Regionalliga 15-16 and I tried the single Regionalliga-Folders, too. Nothing. I cleared the cache and reloaded it. Whatever way I choose, I can't see the kits in the game. Or do I have to extract the single kits from the folder and then put them into where?

I think I'm in need for a detailled guidance.

EDIT: I guess, I got it. Finally. Only one problem left. The kits for Germany's Regionalliga West aren't shown. I already eliminated all the Ö and Ü. But still I can't see the kits. Do I have to create a new Config.xml for the Regionalliga West files to see them ingame?

well...i see lot of people complaining about this problem, and i have the same problem aswell...this is a game problem (not our fault) that can be solved if you have a in-game editor.
